Deposit

After your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 200 € per stay to our account within 7 days to secure your booking. Your reservation is considered binding only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.

Check-in / Check-out

On your arrival day, your holiday apartment will be available starting from 3:00 pm. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the holiday apartment by 10:00 am at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the holiday apartment.

Payment Methods

We accept your payment in cash (up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 €, in accordance with Italian law) or as an up-front payment via bank transfer. At the Lindemair farm, we also gladly accept credit card payments.

Pets

Dogs are only allowed in Linde Holiday Home (5 € per day).
No pets are allowed in Lindemair farmhouse.

Non-Smoking Apartments

Smoking is prohibited in the apartments and all communal rooms. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and outdoor areas.
