Free internet access is available in all areas of the property.
Upon request, you will receive 1 liter of fresh organic milk from our cows every day (exclusively for Lindemair guests).
You can park your vehicle for free in our garage (Lindemair) or in our outdoor parking spaces (Linde Holiday Home).
The first use of our Finnish and steam sauna is free of charge. For each additional use, we charge a fee of 15 € per use per apartment.
Experience the quaint atmosphere of our farmhouse lounge (exclusively for Lindemair guests), equipped with a traditional stove and a small library with a selection of books, board games, and children's games. Additionally, the stube features a fully equipped guest kitchen.
At the farm fountain, you can refresh yourself with our pure spring water.
The advantage card provides free access to all public transport throughout South Tyrol and to museums in the Ahrntal.
Our large garden offers sun chairs, a hammock, and a children's playground with a trampoline, table tennis, slide, swing, table football, and slackline.
Our fire pit is perfect for ending the day with a relaxed BBQ evening.
You will find various tea herbs and spices in our herb garden.
Our ski depot is equipped with boot dryers and private lockers (exclusively for guests of the Lindemair farm), and we also offer secure bicycle parking spaces.
Our bicycles are available for your use free of charge. E-mountain bikes can be rented depending on availability for €35 per day including helmet.
Take advantage of our free sled rental – the natural toboggan run from the Speikboden ski area goes down to Luttach, right next to your accommodation.
If you are traveling with a toddler, we are pleased to offer you a free child's bed and a high chair.
A laundry room with a washing machine including detergent is available upon request for a one-time fee of 20 € (per vacation week).
