Our prices are per apartment per night for 2 people.
For each additional person, there is an extra charge of 25 € per night.

Children’s Discount

Children up to 2 years of age stay for free.
Children from 2 to 14 years of age: € 15 per night

Local Tax

For people 14 years of age or older, a local tax of 2.40 € per person per night will be charged. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

Final Cleaning

For cleaning the apartment, a one-time fee of 55 € is charged.

Minimum Stay

Prices are quoted based on a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Good to know

Deposit

After your booking, we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of 200 € per stay to our account within 7 days to secure your booking. Your reservation is considered binding only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.

Check-in / Check-out

On your arrival day, your holiday apartment will be available starting from 3:00 pm. On your departure day, we ask that you vacate the holiday apartment by 10:00 am at the latest. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the holiday apartment.

Payment Methods

We accept your payment in cash (up to a maximum amount of 4,999.99 €, in accordance with Italian law) or as an up-front payment via bank transfer. At the Lindemair farm, we also gladly accept credit card payments.
